Movie Theater Differences Between France and America:
- We had to wait outside until the actual time for the movie and then we could go in and sit down
- There were no previews, we just sat down and the movie started
- The chairs were a lot more comfortable
- Movie theaters in France are not obnoxiously freezing
- Everyone in the theater waited for all the credits to be over before they left

Then tuesday night we went to a play with my theater class. The play is called Gemelos, however there are some things you should know about my theater class. First of all, our teacher only likes absurd french theater he thinks that all other types of theater are boring. Second of all, this play was in Spanish with French subtitles overhead. Classic France the subtitles were really hard to read so I basically understood zero of this play in Spanish but from what I did understand there were twins (gemelos in spanish) who had to go spend time with their mean grandma. The play had some good music and had a very interesting format with the characters as marionettes and a film going on in the background of the play. So although I did not understand most of the play it was still a cool experience and the theater was very cool so maybe I will go back and see a play in French that I might understand better.

Now my complaints about the recent rain...
Montpellier is not a city that is designed for rain aka the streets are very slippery which leads to falling down and the ruining of many a pair of shoes and socks. French people do not wear rain boots even after I went to every store in the mall today looking for some. French people never sweat, never fall down and have no problem wearing heels in the rain I am still amazed and jealous of how they are flawless even in this weather. However on the bright side I am leaving for Germany on Thursday where there is no rain in the forecast :)
